Get Help Before Your Next Blind

Poker questions are rarely about the cashier desk. They are about the hand in front of you. If your connection drops mid-hand, the table software holds your seat until the clock runs down and then folds rather than betting blind. Live chat opens from the same window where your Hold'em table sits, so you keep the seat while you type. Agents can pull the deal log for a hand number, explain a side pot, or check whether a wallet credit from bKash, Nagad or Rocket reached the account before a tournament started.

Live Table Chat Open live chat from the Hold'em table window while you are seated. Agents handle disconnects, sit-out timing, blind posting and seat changes without asking you to leave the hand.
Wallet And Buy-In Checks Ask about a buy-in that did not credit before your tournament starts. Have the bKash, Nagad or Rocket confirmation message ready and the agent matches the transfer to your wallet.
Hand Log Requests Want a pot checked? Send the table name, the hand number from your history tab and roughly when it played. Our team replays the log and replies with what the deal record shows.

Every table under Holdem Proseries runs the same Texas Hold'em rules: two hole cards, five community cards, four betting rounds, and a button that moves one seat clockwise after each hand. Cash tables hold the blinds steady, so you pick a stake that fits your budget and leave whenever you want. Sit-and-go rounds start as soon as the seats fill. Scheduled tournaments

climb through rising blind levels, with a scheduled break and late registration open for the first levels. Filter the lobby by speed, seat count and stake, and your hand history stays on the account so you can look back at how a pot was built.

  • Fixed-Blind Cash Tables — Blinds stay the same for as long as you sit, so the cost of a round is predictable and you can leave after any hand without waiting for a table to break.
  • Sit-And-Go Rounds — These start the moment the last seat fills rather than on a clock. Late entry closes at the start, and the blind levels step up as seats empty out.
  • Scheduled Tournaments — A clock runs the structure: blind levels, a scheduled break and a marked point where new seats close. The lobby shows all three before you buy in.
  • Fast And Standard Speed — Some tables move quicker than others. The speed tag in the lobby filter tells you which is which, so you can pick the rhythm that suits how much time you have.
DEAL INTEGRITY

See How Holdem Deals Are Checked

Deals in Holdem Proseries come from a server-side shuffle, not from anything running in your browser, and each hand is written to a log with its own reference. If a result looks wrong, send us that number and we replay the deal from the log. Live Hold'em is dealt by a person on camera, so the cards, the burn and the board stay visible for the whole hand. The rules panel on every table lists blinds, ante, time bank and betting order in the same words for everyone seated.

Server-Side Shuffle Shuffle and deal logic sits on our servers and is checked before each release. No client-side code touches the deck, and dealers cannot alter a deal once it is generated.
Hand Reference Numbers Each hand carries a log entry with the deck reference, the hole cards and the full board. Quote the number and support pulls the exact record instead of guessing.
Live Studio Tables Live Hold'em runs from a dealer on camera at an Evolution studio. The shoe, the burn card and the community cards stay in frame, so nothing about the deal is hidden.
Published Table Rules Blinds, ante, time bank and acting order appear in a rules panel on the table window. Read it before you post, and the same wording applies to every seat at that table.

Browse Holdem Proseries Table Terms

Poker rooms speak their own language, and most confusion at a new table is vocabulary rather than cards. These are the words you will see on a Holdem Proseries table window and in the lobby filters. Read them once and a table layout stops looking like a wall of buttons and starts reading like a hand you can follow.

What are hole cards?

Hole cards are the two private cards dealt face down to you at the start of a Texas Hold'em hand. Only you and the shared board decide what your final five-card hand becomes.

What is the flop?

The flop is the first three community cards dealt face up after the pre-flop betting round. Everyone still in the hand shares them, and two more cards follow later.

What does the dealer button mean?

The button marks betting position and moves one seat clockwise after every hand. It sets who acts last after the flop and which seats post the blinds, so positions rotate evenly.

What is a side pot?

A side pot is extra money built when one player is all in for less than the others have committed. The main pot is open to everyone; side pots only to those who matched the bigger stake.

What is the time bank?

Your time bank is the extra seconds held back for hard decisions beyond the normal clock per action. It refills between hands, so a tough call does not fold you automatically.

What is late registration?

Late registration lets you join a running tournament after the first card is dealt, usually for a set number of blind levels. The lobby marks whether a tournament still accepts new seats.

Check The Holdem Proseries Answers

Most of what reaches our support desk about Holdem Proseries is about seating, funding and what happens when a hand turns awkward. The short answers below cover the four things you are most likely to meet in a first session. Nothing here changes the table rules you see on screen; it just saves you a chat message.

Log in, open the poker tab and filter by stake and seat count. Pick a table, choose an empty seat and confirm the buy-in from your account wallet. The next deal puts you in.

Where local law and eligible regions allow, yes. Send the amount from bKash, Nagad or Rocket to the number on the deposit screen, then enter the transaction ID so the wallet credit matches before you sit.

Your seat is held until the clock runs down, then the software folds instead of betting blind. Reconnect inside that window and you keep the seat; after it, the chair opens for someone else.

Some do. The lobby labels each tournament with a late-registration marker and the blind level where seats close, so you can see before buying in whether a mid-way entry is still open.

The poker tab runs in a mobile browser with no install needed. The table window scales to your screen with the bet slider under your thumb, and the same login works on desktop.

Casino Hold'em is a table game against a dealer, decided by one call or fold. Holdem Proseries is player-against-player poker with blinds, a moving button and a shared board.
